Amber Frizzell, AIF^®

Amber joined Alaska Permanent Capital Management (APCM) in 2013 as the Client Service Manager for the Institutional team, bringing a deep commitment to guiding Alaska Native Corporations, non-profits, and government entities through the investment process as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®. In 2020, she transitioned to marketing and management of the client service team for Alaska Wealth Advisors. In this role, Amber leads the firm’s messaging and internal processes, ensuring seamless client experience while strengthening the firm’s market presence. As a key member of senior leadership and part owner, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction, overseeing operational efficiency, and providing critical insights to the leadership team. Her leadership bridges strategy, service, and marketing – enhancing both client engagement and business growth.

Outside of work, Amber enjoys hiking, getting lost in a great book, soaking in the energy of live concerts, and staying connected to her community through local events. When it’s time to unwind, you’ll often find her escaping to the ocean whether in Southeast Alaska or a tropical beach. Amber was a founding member of the non-profit organization, Keys to Life Alaska, whose mission is empowering, creating, and strengthening an inclusive community through rich arts and cross-cultural experiences. Amber joined the YWCA as a board member in 2023 and is the current Board Secretary and serves as Chairperson on the Resource Development Committee.
