Throughout 2025, we continued the disciplined work of evolving our firm with intention, anticipating future needs while staying grounded in what already works well. That meant investing in our people, our systems, and the infrastructure that supports thoughtful, personal advice. It also allowed us to thoughtfully expand our service offerings this year to better support increasingly complex financial needs.
We improved capacity with technology so our advisors can spend more time doing what matters most: listening, planning, and guiding clients through complex financial decisions. We also continued to invest in professional development and team support, because informed and engaged advisors are essential to delivering steady, high-quality advice.
